  1. What is a legal consultation?A legal consultation is the beginning of your relationship with our firm. You will sit down with one of our attorneys and discuss your concerns and develop a plan of action. We are a small firm and, unfortunately, do not have the personnel to practice any law outside of our areas of practice or administer free consultations.
  2. How do I schedule an appointment?You can send an appointment request through our contact form or call us on the telephone. If you call outside of our office hours, please leave a message and someone will get back to you as quickly as they can.
  3. What should I bring to my appointment?If you are signing a document, please bring a valid picture ID. If this is your first appointment, it would be helpful if you would fill out our Client Information Sheet and bring it with you.
  4. The matter I need help with is outside your area of practice can you recommend an attorney?If your legal matter is outside the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, Guardianship, Real Estate, or Small Business Contracts and Pre-Marital Agreements, we recommend using the Lawyer Referral Service, which is run by the North Carolina Bar Association. www.ncbar.org › public-resources › lawyer-referral-service
