Linda F. Johnson

Linda F. Johnson

managing attorney

Linda Funke Johnson has been practicing law since 1985 and has extensive practical and theoretical experience in the areas of Guardianship, Estate Planning and Administration, Tax, Real Estate, and Small Business Law. Her credentials include chairing committees and sections for the North Carolina State Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association, teaching Continuing Law Education courses, and educational publications. She is one of 143 North Carolina Bar Certified Legal Specialists in Estate Planning and Probate in the state, and the only one in the Fuquay-Varina area. Linda is the sole shareholder of Senter, Stephenson, Johnson, PA.

Linda is an attorney who genuinely cares about her clients and her community. As a trusted attorney in the Wake County court system, she is often appointed by the court as a public administrator. In these instances, she and manages the finances of individuals who cannot make their own financial decisions and oversees administration of estates that have gone awry.

Linda has volunteered within her community as everything from Chair of the Fuquay-Varina Downtown Association Board to the Spring Chicken for the annual Easter Candy Hop and as The Grinch at Downtown sleigh rides. Her current community project is the Grief Share at her church, which she runs with her husband, Steve. Her husband owns and operates a truck company servicing the Southeastern United States and is also a chaplain. They live in the Fuquay-Varina area (with more dogs than Steve would like.)
